What I love about this home
IT'S YOUR OWN PARADISE. When I purchased this home, my wife loved that she could forward the company phone to her cell, take the appointment book and go to the pool all day and watch our son swim. When I would get home after a long day at work, we have dinner and about 8:30 head to the pool. The sun going down they turn on the pool lights under the stars a great time to go for a swim. We also used the playground for our son, tennis courts and walking through the woods over the bridges. My son loved going fishing on our property for crawdads. This it a great place start a family, raise a family or retire. The first day me and my wife walked through the front door we had to control our excitement so we would blow our ability to negotiate because the current owners that were standing in front of us obstructing our view out to the woods in the back of the home. Life is too short do not settle for a home that doses do not have a VIEW, Pool, New Hot Tub, Park, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Playground, Club House Jogging Trails, Creek.
